Was out to repair my dryer because it was no longer getting hot. He charged us $350 and replaced parts. Then when we went to use the dryer a few days later, it was doing the same thing. He came back out and said it was a loose wire. However, when we called he implied like we must have done something to the dryer, but after he discovered the loose wire he said I won't charge you. Called Monday to have my fridge looked at, I got a call back around 5:30, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, it's Friday and I still havent heard anything.
Answer calls, makes appointments but never shows up. It's been 4 months of this back and forth. You should find a different repairman. You've been WARNED...
Bob answered my call immediately on a Friday when my Dryer broke down. He came out same day, diagnosed and ordered the parts necessary, even had them expedited ( we have a paralyzed hospital bed bound family member in the house). Monday he put the parts in, no muss no fuss very happy with his service and prices. Easy to recommend this guy.
