I would like to start off with I did not actually use his services because I contacted many people and scheduled something just prior to his return phone call. However Bob was very courteous and helpful on the phone. He knew I found another repairman but he continued to wake me questions about the problem I was having with my dryer to see if he could help with advice. I would still 100% recommend him to others based on this simple interaction! Not many people of such great character left in the world.

My dryer wouldn't turn on. Called Bob on a Friday evening and he came out Monday morning to fix. He quickly diagnosed it as being the door switch which he replaced promptly and efficiently. Dryer up and working again within 45 minutes. Prompt friendly service.

Returned my call first thing in the morning and came right out. Found the problem and suggested contacting warranty support. I was very happy with his professionalism and willingness to come out the day before a holiday! I will use them again if I need service.

Our refrigerator stopped working on Saturday evening December 30th. We figured we were stuck with ice and coolers until Tuesday January 2nd...we called and Bob returned our call early Sunday morning on New Year's Eve. He said he would be out by noon and he was...Unfortunately, the issue was the compressor, which Bob diagnosed quickly, so nothing he could really do, but for him to come out quickly, not only on a Sunday, but on New Year's Eve day and not charge us an arm and a leg for the visit was great. You cannot go wrong with this company. Unbelievably professional and eager to help as soon as possible. I got an immediate response for a refrigerator repair when my American Home Shield Warranty company failed me. Bob Sr was great helping me on the phone and his son Bobby Jr was incredibly respectful friendly and of course effective! My repair is done- Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!
