I was in town to see family for fall break and started feeling very unwell. I was worried about going to an ER in a small town, given the reviews. They were so caring and communicative. Everything went very smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised that the on-call doctor and CT specialist were timely and helpful. Our nurse was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. Having a kidney stone gets zero stars but this team gets 5/5.
My husband was at the ER and seen by RN Jennifer is the most rude and discriminating person. Raul P Singh MD are so unprofessional they were rude and didn’t do anything to my husband not even vitals, they not even send the prescription to grant county pharmacy, and they didn’t care about my husband paying in his eye.. Shame of Centura Health that hire medical staff that their do the job cause of the pay…🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡
