Bob listened to the problems I was having with my washing machine, had me spin the drum and then pin pointed the problem over the phone. He told me how much parts alone would cost, without labor and suggested the cost would not be worth it when compared to the price of a new machine. I appreciate his honesty and saving me the cost of a house call and repairs that would be excessive. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Called and he came within an hour or so. Fixed my dryer and made the extra effort to clean it all the crude out. Thank you!!! Highly recommend.
