Pool builder for many years. Bobe used to be a good company until Custom Molded Products purchased them. Now their customer support is the worst. Nobody does anything. Have two firebowls on a site, and they dont work. Stay far away from this company.
the worst customer service Fire bowls don't work and they wont stand behind it find a different company to buy your pool and spa materials Bobe' is a shady company and a ripoff.
We purchased two Bobe fire and water bowls almost three years ago for almost $10,000. They have NEVER worked. Our poor pool guy has had the electricians and gas plumbers out countless times to try and get them working. He even purchased new guts for both fire bowls because Bobe would not stand behind their products. I just learned that one of the largest pool builders in the Dallas Ft Worth area has pulled all Bobe products from their pools due to their unreliable nature and replaced them with Grand Effects products.
