Unprofessional and careless of potential owner needs. Better dealers that actually care for you as a customer. Trust me, this business is no good.
After getting jerked around by other (closer) Lowe Boat Dealers concerning a leaking pontoon, I contacted Bob Warren Boat sales, left a phone message. They called me back and seemed to really want to help resolve my problem. I took my boat to them (125 miles one way). They had it fixed in no time. Next time I'm in the market for a boat, I'll make the trip from Lore City, Oh to Butler Pa. Bob Warren Boat Sales treated me right.
