I bought a gun from the store. The manager has very good customer service. The other gentleman that helped me not so much. I haven't walked into a store and felt uncomfortable, as though I was being carefully watched like that in over 20 years. I don't particularly like being watched like I'm a thief. It's insulting and quite sad. The store itself was clean and well stocked.
Went in to buy all the gear I need for snowboarding. There wasn't a person at the desk for the snow gear, but a nice girl who was attending the shoes helped me as best she could and helped me pick a board, boots and bindings. I asked a question about the snow boots, as on the boots, they mentioned that they could be "heat molded at your local shop." Good selection..was able to find a ski outfit for a "curvey" lady. A little confused on the pricing at first. But for some quality products I am pleased with and the employees were just wonderful.
