The worst paint job I have ever seen in my life. They need to hire a new subcontractor for that. Visible brushstrokes in every bathroom, especially around the switch plates. Terrible tiling job in the master bathroom-uneven spacing between tiles, chipped tiles still placed in the shower (if you went to the store you wouldn’t buy chipped tile to put in your shower!), mismatched grout in areas, holes and cracking grout. If you work from home do not buy these houses. The wait to get wifi is ridiculous. No one can give direct answers and blames each other.
Don’t waste your time. Modern day redlining in certain communities. Stay away from this builder! After reading these reviews, I don’t feel so bad about being blatantly put off from even VIEWING” a property.
