I would say, just do your home work with this company. He is a great salesman and then will be unresposive multiple times through the process. It was a long process, we were told about 6 weeks when we signed dependant upon excavating, which we went with his guy. It was more like 6 months before it was done. I'm writting this 6 months after completion because now I'm dealing with erosion as the build was completed on a large amount of sand that was brought in so it appears I need a 10k retianing wall on the side of it. I called Shane near the end of the day yesterday about a snapped support beam in our warehouse. From the time I placed the call to the time the beam was replaced was maybe 12-14 hours. You can't ask for much more than that. Shane was very professional and friendly. I can't recommend them enough!
Shane and his crew did an outstanding job building the pole barn for my wife and me. Despite facing weather obstacles, they completed the project on time and went above and beyond our expectations. They delivered much more than we initially asked for. We highly recommend Bob Walter’s Builders and will definitely be using them again in the future. Great job, guys!
You didn’t “get” a one star review, you fully earned it. The number of stars represents the stage of completion you left out project in. Given the BBB reviews, we got exactly what should be expected. Bob will tell you he can start then have more excuses than he’s ever had projects about why he’s not working. We heard every excuse in the book, including “fell down the stairs” haha.
