I just had the most wonderful experience at Bob Wallace appliance! I went in to buy a heating element for my stove but was a couple of dollars short. To my surprise, they gave it to me for free, and it meant the world to me because it helped me feed my four kids tonight. I can’t express how thankful I am for their kindness. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone was so sweet and understanding. It’s rare to find such generosity, and it truly made my day. Such a blessing.
