I bought a new washer,dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher, over 4,000$ in 2021, everything has broken in someway shape or form, dryer died little over a year after buying, dishwasher started falling apart with pieces just braking off now completely done for. Stove takes almost and 45 mins to 1 hour to preheat, all the shelves in fridge completely broke or cracked icemaker stopped making ice, washer display is peeling and cracked, wasted all that money and now will have to replace almost everything at this point. I just had the most wonderful experience at Bob Wallace appliance! I went in to buy a heating element for my stove but was a couple of dollars short. To my surprise, they gave it to me for free, and it meant the world to me because it helped me feed my four kids tonight. I can’t express how thankful I am for their kindness. The customer service was exceptional, and everyone was so sweet and understanding. It’s rare to find such generosity, and it truly made my day. Such a blessing.
