Needs improvement. We were looking for a Five Star Range to replace our existing one. We had been into Bob Wallace before, just browsing, and the sales people were aloof and unfriendly both times. Because this was a hard to find brand locally, we thought we'd give them another try. My husband called their store, told them what we were looking for, and the woman he spoke to was friendly and helpful, and gave us a fair price on a new equivalent unit. Overpriced! Can get most items cheaper elsewhere! I was recently at Bob Wallace, and I surprised that their prices are higher than elsewhere. Also, I overheard the store manager being very rude to an employee. What a jerk!
Best Value and Great Prices Bob Wallace has the most knowlegable staff in town. I purchased a fridge and front loading washer and dryer from them in 2010. They did not carry the fridge that I wanted, so I brought them them the add from HH Gregg, and they ordered the fridge for me and beat thier price. They are super helpful when I've contacted them about questions and are always very polite. I would not rely on these other reviews, give them a chance and like I said they WILL beat the competion even if thier sticker price is... read more
Horrible Service Prepare to wait at least a week for a technician to show up and then they seem to never have the part in stock and that's another several days to get the part in. Plan on your appliance being down at least two weeks. Service management apathetic but service technicians are knowledgable and friendly but very overworked.
