I have always had polite professional quality service here. Recommended.
Do not waste your time with this place. They do not complete the job EVER. Instead there is always an excuse as to why the work is outside the scope of their job. Main guy Chuck is condescending and useless.
I am on a road trip, made a stop for a few days in Mystic CT. I have an SUV and I was losing air pressure in one of my tire. Hotel had me go to Bob Valenti shop. BIG mistake. I walked in and asked if someone could check my tire air pressure. I told him I'm from out of town and I was hitting the road tomorrow. It was the first desk as I walked into the Service desk area.
