We were traveling in our RV and Bob Utter although busy got us in the same day we called and got us the number for a car rental and had our RV ready for us early the next morning. Roy took fantastic care of us, very kind and professional let us leave our rental car in their lot while we had to take our RV to yet another place to have a couple other things fixed ( Bob Utters worked on our engine).
