Guy named Ricky was asleep with his phone in his hand when I walked in. Took 3 people saying his name to wake him up. When he finally did, he seemed very annoyed that I was there. I was needing a leak repaired on my car, that I had just found out about when getting an oil change next door. I asked him how long he would need the car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! UPDATE: Someone at Bob Utter forgot to put a valve cover back on the engine and then tried to tell my husband it was safe to drive like that. They have absolutely no clue what they are doing and are seriously putting my family at risk suggesting that a car can be driven without an engine valve cover. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT TRUST THEM. My 2022 Ford (which I purchased in Tennessee) has a transmission issue. The Service Department has gone above and beyond to make my experience as stress free as possible. From getting the tow to warranty information and timeline expectations, what could have been a horribly stressful experience had been made so much easier. Special kudos to Ben and Stephanie!
