This place is awful. It took forever for them to even look at the car. They forgot to fix the other thing you told them to fix. Then you go to pick the car up and someone hit it while it was there and they say that they aren’t liable.
I recently took my Truck here to be fixed. They were great to work with and took good care of me.
I originally purchased by Kia Telluride in McKinney but live in Sherman so when the engine warning light came on I took it to Bob Utter because it was so much closer. Was told the engine harness had been chewed through by a rodent. Warranty doesn't cover it so we went through insurance. Our insurance company sped up their claims process because the car was inoperable and we were down to one car. No problems on that side of things. I took my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus in for warranty work, Jason and the service team rebuilt the transmission and fixed the backup camera and back hatch... best 100 i ever spent. Jason was super friendly and the team had us in a loaner car until the transmission was rebuilt. These guys work for their customers. We are glad to have them as our Warranty service team.
SERVICE & PARTS: These guys are stellar! I make the 45 minute drive up from McKinney because Bob Utter Ford’s service and parts department is THAT much better than any Ford dealer in the entire DFW metroplex; I live less than 5 minutes from a Ford dealership and I still make the drive up here. I’ve bought parts here that 1. Metroplex dealers didn’t have in stock, and 2. Were way more reasonably priced than other dealers.
