Amazing good luck that I found *******************! On Labor Day (a holiday, no less), my stove top igniters started clicking like crazy. We watched ******* videos showing that we needed to clean the igniters. When that didnt work, I started calling repair services, and only *** took my call. Excellent work for a great price! We were considering tossing the ************* microwave when the ***** repair guy said it would cost $250 for him to show up. Then a friend of mine called around and found ***. He diagnosed the problem for a song and then found the part for me to order (a $120 control arm panel - that name may be wrong but it is the electronic board behind the push buttons at the base just below the door of my microwave). More like, "Bob Tusky's WORST Appliance." This guy was unbelievable. He was assigned to us by a home warranty club and it took him 2 weeks to look at our dryer. Then it was 1 excuse after another, followed by empty promises to call us right back. We went over a month without a dryer because of this friendly old codger. Bob Tusky is a joke ! He charged me $90 for a service call, which is insane! (If I had known, I would have never let him in!) Plus he has never answered my numerous calls to return to fix my dishwasher! I hope see him someday in public where he cannot hide behind his voicemail, which he keeps full!

Terrible service. My home warranty folks choose this business to service my broken microwave. The repairman arrived promptly, but was rude to me about "not picking up my phone." (I'm hearing impaired and didn't have my cell phone near me -- called promptly when I realized they had left a message.) He examined my microwave and confirmed that it needed to be repaired, leaving a copy of the paperwork with me and said he would submit it to the home warranty people. I have been trying to have my refrigerator repaired under the sears home warranty since September 2018. It is now January 2019 and I have had to throw away all of my freezer contents twice. Bob tusks was assigned as my repairman. He makes appoints and doesn’t show up. When I call he says his truck is in the shop. There is no way to get in touch with sears they don’t answer or say they will contact him. I need my refrigerator repaired or replaced and am tired of the runaround.

Bob collected his $90 for the visit to deal with the ice maker problem I had diagnosed myself, and did nothing. He came again with a part from a wrong fridge. Then, he invented numerous reasons for why he could not get the part that was needed, never calling himself - I had to do that every week myself, just to listen to another lie. I had Bob come out for a service call for my ice maker on 10/17/17. He found that a tooth was missing from the wheel and he would have to order the part. Bob cameback a week later with another ice maker but it was the wrong one. Bob said that he had a wheel and he would switch it out. The following week he came back and put the ice maker in and it worked one cycle. Now aftr 5 weeks he finally got the right ice maker. This repair company was referred by my home warranty company. They never showed up on the day they were scheduled. Never called to say they were going to be late or not coming at all. After several phone calls to the business, I was told that the repair man was sick but would be told to get out of bed and come to my house. Worst appliance repair company ever! Never ever again!
