Then it was 1 excuse after another, followed by empty promises to call us right back. We went over a month without a dryer because of this friendly old codger. Avoid this business. Our dishwasher has been running very long cycles since September. We called our home warranty company and they assigned Bob Tusky's Best Appliance to us. A technician from Best Appliance came to our house on September 28th as scheduled. He did an inspection of our dishwasher and told us he would need to order a micro processor, which he said would take 3~5 days to arrive. Bobs been out to my home 4 times over the past month or so failing to repair my fridge. 1st time ordered part 2nd time lots of electrical sparking and then a breaker blew. Bob said he's unable to repair due to Subzero shipping him a bad part? 3rd time out still unable to fix 4th time he was out he said he could not do the job because he left his tools at another job site.
