I had Rob come out to give me a quote on replacing a pipe in my basement. He was very pleasant but I never received the quote. Two weeks later I called asking about it, he asked me to text him my email address which I did promptly. Still haven’t heard anything so I will be getting the work done elsewhere.
Called Bob's Tuesday morning and he had a guy out by 11am,did a great job. Would recommend and will use him again if needed.

Called at 9am on a Friday. By 1pm BEN was here to fix our sink/garbage disposal. He was friendly and efficient. Everything is fixed and running great. Thanks!
Big thanks to Bob and his crew. I called with three toilets out of commission and they showed up the same day and had the repairs done. Bob is very professional and so kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
