I called Bob when the power went out in my bathroom and bedroom, and I noticed the smell of smoke coming from the outlet. Within an hour of the call, Bob came to my house to diagnose and repair the issue despite it being Sunday. I called Bob about re-grounding my Duplex because the City of Grosse Pointe Park required this as they are replacing the lead service line and water meter .He went to the City - got the permit and completed the work the next day at a reasonable price . Great service !
