Extremely disappointing experience. I had my window tint replaced, but the quality of the job was very poor. There are numerous small bubbles throughout the tint, one corner was cut unevenly and a strip of tint has been left hanging on the edge of the window, as shown in the photos. I’ve made several attempts to contact Bob via phone and message to resolve the issue, but I’ve received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Bob was responsive to my enquiry and gave good advise for the right tint to use. I appreciate that he spent the precious weekends time to get my car done❤️ He took his time to disassemble panels to get the job done properly. A windows trim wasn’t put on properly 9.9/10 for attention to details. My car was returned clean and fresh after the job. My quality check on the next day turned out impressive with the perfect cuts around the edges of all glasses. Nearly no imperfection and bubble found anywhere.
