I highly recommend giving Bob the Plumber a try. Brandon and Ryan came to our home early and immediately assessed the situation and recognized the issue, which actually did not require any physical work, therefore there was no cost. This is huge since there is always the expectation that just showing up will cost. Not only did they explain the solution, but also recommended replacing our 20+ year old water heater. Thanks guys!
