Filed a warranty claim for cracking in my ‘25 Ford Bronco that I’ve only had a little over two months. They ordered a replacement no questions asked. Scheduled the appt a few weeks later when it came in and originally was told it would be ready at the end of that same day. They called at 4:30 pm that day and said it would not be ready, whoever changes the glass over was off until two days later. Fantastic customer service. The mechanic offered to hold my infant while I filled out paperwork! They have a kids room, super accommodating. My vehicle’s issue was fixed quickly and I would highly recommend them!
The service team checked out diagnostics on my 2008 DTS Cadillac including brake and rotor inspection. We purchased 4 new Good Year tires. We worked with Izzy on this. He was very pleasant and assured our confidence because of his knowledge and expertise. He maintained communication throughout the process which is appreciated. He is a good listener and was responsive to our questions and concerns. He gave us guidance without any heavy sales pitches. I would recommend him to anyone.
