Called them to set an appointment to get my headlights replaced and was told they charge 400 dollars for a headlight replacement then they hung up on me before I could even schedule it. It's already bad they charging me triple what my car note used to be for a headlight replacement. On top of that being rude to a paying customer who was about to pay that ridiculous bill. Jennifer and the maintenance team were amazing. Polite, professional, on-time, and all with a smile. They ordered parts that arrived quickly, they contacted me and scheduled an appointment quickly as well. When I arrived, the front counter people were very welcoming and knew my situation as soon as I said my name. I didn’t have to waste time explaining what I was there for. Had service coupon they sent me for "The Works" for $59.95. Just got home a looked at the bill and they charged me 69.95. Always have an issue when I take it there servicing.
