The service department at Swope Ford in Elizabethtown is great. I was immediately met at my vehicle upon arrival by a very friendly and professional service coordinator. He kept me informed throughout the service. My truck was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I am very impressed with the service department! Well done Swope service team.

Traveling from TN through KY my 2022 ft250 super duty’s def injector was clogged nearly leaving us stranded. Luckily ford was nearby. We spoke with Barbara who to care of our situation immediately and within two hours service replaced the damaged part and we were back on the road . Certainly appreciate all of the help . Would definitely recommend.
