Put the wrong size battery in my car, didn't register it to my engine computer, so it charges at 16.5 volts. Battery is loose and so were both terminals, causing an arcing noise and electrical issues. Also didn't reinstall the windshield cowl around the battery correctly, and left the air intake tube loose causing a check engine light and performance issues. Dented my hood by pressing too hard on it to close it even after I asked them to be careful. Safe to say, I will never bring a car to them again.
I was on the phone when my niece was trying to check in for her appointment. First off the auto service man was rude. She said good morning and he didn't say anything back. He continued to look down at his coffee as he was standing by the traveling department area. She waited for him at the service desk. The rude guy didn't even want to look at her or speak to her. The service here was quite good, but there's a bit of a cautionary note AAA members should be aware of. This morning I called AAA roadside assistance for a battery check and replacement at my home. I received an online quote from AAA for $220 and felt fine about paying that much, especially because I was having the replacement done without even needing to leave my home. I’m here at your shop and I need air in my tires and your crew advised me that I need to wait 15 minutes til the air compressor comes up!! Now with that self serving air compressor that be outside is out of order!! I had to go inside to ask!! The crew was rude as hell!! 3998 Red Bank Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45227. You have a guy there who use to work at Tire discounter’s right up the street from Aaa. I called his old regional manager on him!! Customer service at this store SUCKS!!
