The service here was quite good, but there's a bit of a cautionary note AAA members should be aware of. This morning I called AAA roadside assistance for a battery check and replacement at my home. I received an online quote from AAA for $220 and felt fine about paying that much, especially because I was having the replacement done without even needing to leave my home. I’m here at your shop and I need air in my tires and your crew advised me that I need to wait 15 minutes til the air compressor comes up!! Now with that self serving air compressor that be outside is out of order!! I had to go inside to ask!! The crew was rude as hell!! 3998 Red Bank Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45227. You have a guy there who use to work at Tire discounter’s right up the street from Aaa. I called his old regional manager on him!! Customer service at this store SUCKS!!

I can’t say enough about the service from here. I was in a crisis being from out of state and my minivan wouldn’t start. Had it towed here by recommendation of AAA late at night. First thing in the morning Megan called to share the game plan to figure out the problem. Within 3 hours I knew what the problem was, quoted a fair price and my minivan was ready to be picked up!
