Bob Sumerel really cares, but his employees sure don't! – I took my car there for an alignment after installing a new steering rack along with inner and outer tie rod ends. The parts were all brand new and had about 5 miles on them at the time. After the alignment, I noticed the car was pulling right as well as the steering wheel was slightly off center.
