Called on a Thursday for a quote to recharge my AC, I was told $77. "Great," I think to myself as thats pretty cheap compared to shops around. I give my personal information, vehicle make/model etc and make the appointment for the next day. As I show up today, I tell the same guy I made the appointment with who I am and what time my appointment is/what its for. He asks me for my vehicle make/model etc and everything again.
