they were more than nice, they went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe trip home. I got new tires (an expense I wasn't planning on) and put it on my Amex, I got a bunch of points, I am diving safe now and couldn't be happier.
The people here were very nice, I got new tires for a really good price ( i think better than Costco) and I got pinkn widnshield wipers to support breast cancer. I think Jim was hitting on me which was nice, but I dont know when Im coming back for tires again, It may be a while.
I was on the road and had a problem with a tire, and stopped into to see if they could help. I had my dog and wife with me - thinking it was going to be a nightmare. They suggested a place my wife could go walk the dog, and had me fixed in no time.. I think they have Kauffmans back home, and if so - will certainly give them my business in GA
Im very happy with the service that they gave me, My tires were flat from the snow and doing some backyard neighborhood drifting. Not smart, but a lot of fun. New tires, getting some chains on them soon, and antifreeze and oil change for basically nothing.
I called and ordered tires. Told the sales person the make and model of my truck. even read the sticker on the door for the correct tire size. drove 35 minutes the following day to get my new tires. checked in with the sales person, handed them my keys. and hour and a half later I go up to the counter to see what is taking so long. Great Prices and Service – I needed 4 tires. I called Bob Sumerel in Uniontown, PA. They had what I needed in stock and the price was as competative as any other place I shopped. No one else near me had nor could they get the tire I needed. The personell I spoke with on the phone and eventually dealt with in person were very helpful and professional. I will definitely deal here again and would recommend this shop highly.
