RecommendedSo i got out of work after working 12 hours and of course i had a flat. Took into Sumerel Tire without and appointment at 8:30 am on 11.9.18. I was about 25 mins from home. They fixed it in 10 mins and didn't charge me a thing! Told me to have a nice day! The tire was just flat and my pressure sensor is broke for that tire. Needless to say they helped me out! They just earned a customer for life over something so simple! Thanks guys!

Called to get tires from Bob Sumeral in Harrison, OH. Mike quoted a price of $892 for everything. When I got there Mike said the wrong tires were sent by the warehouse. He said it would be $1020 instead. When I ask what tires they were it all boiled down to it was the tire I had ordered & quoted a price on, however he said the price came up as $289 per tire instead of $230 per tire. "BE AWARE OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF... IF YOU DON"T KNOW YOUR CAR" Today an appointment was set up for a front end alignment . This was not able to be done because my vehicle needed all new steering parts. The vehicle does not need steering parts and I stated I only wanted the alignment done. I was refused service and the manger (owner) of the Bob Sumerel Tire was not happy with what I said and I was asked to leave. In Feb 2017 I received a free oil change coupon for my birthday.
