I went to this Bob’s shop location because one of my trailer tires was punctured and needed a simple patch repair. The repair itself was fine, but I was disappointed with the paperwork and billing. They only patched the tire, but my invoice says “FLAT REPAIR MED TRK (ON VEHICLE),” and I was charged $75.71. In my experience, a simple tire patch usually costs around $20–$45, so this price did not seem fair to me. I don’t recommend this shop.
I was in search of some hard-to-find drive tires for my truck, after much frustration I contacted Bob Sumerel in Delaware. Chris took the time to listen to my concern and why an all-position tire was not going to work for me. He was able to find the tires I needed even though they were not a stock item or a brand they seemed to carry. The price was reasonable and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend Bob Sumerel Tire.
Fast and quality service, you'll be back on the road in no time, plus you'll get some free comedy, as the guys working here are hilarious with their banter and commentary 😂
