I'm a veteran who recently moved to Prescott and needed to register to the Prescott VA system. Everyone of the staff members I encountered throughout the facility from beginning to end were very kind and helpful. The process to register went smoothly and promptly with all my questions answered and future appointments created.

I’ve been to VA’s across the country, and aside from the Dental office, this is the worst healthcare system by far. If you are being neglected by your primary healthcare provider/clinic, and contact the patient advocate here for help, the patient advocates do not answer their extension at 6008, do not return your calls, do not take any action, and when you escalate the issue even further by contacting their bosses after leaving 10 voicemails across 3 months, they will claim that you’ve never contacted them at all. The "Fighting Words" Standard: The First Amendment does not protect "fighting words"—words that are inherently likely to provoke a violent reaction. However, the U.S. Supreme Court and lower courts have established that police officers are expected to exercise a higher degree of restraint than the average citizen. An insult or a profanity alone is not legally considered enough to provoke a trained officer into a violent, immediate breach of the peace.

As a disabled veteran, I really appreciate the VA. They treat everyone with respect and are really working hard to keep the VA harassment free with signs posted everywhere as to what constitutes sexual harassment. Really the VA goes above and beyond, I wish every company; especially gyms were Required to do this! I love my primary care physician—she is Amazing!!!
