Great family business. We've used BSB twice over the past 10 years on larger projects. Construction projects rarely go perfectly (especially large ones), but Ron (owner) is super responsive and great to work with. He stands behind his work and makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied with the results.
Bob Stern Building was easy to deal with. The project was completed on time and more importantly on budget. Ron is always receptive and easy to get a hold of. The quality of work was excellent and when we did encounter minor issues such as drywall cracks they were quick to come out and fix it. The workers always made sure to leave the work area's clean when they were done at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again for future projects
Overall very satisfactory experience in working with Ron and his crew. I've found that issues/ problems always come up in building projects, Ron was up front, transparent and fair in dealing with these issues. Would definitely use them for future projects.
I know that it can seem like a rarity to not have any faults/issues with a construction company… but I had an absolute fantastic experience working with Ron for the remodel of my home. I have absolutely no complaints. He is upfront, honest, and goes the extra mile for his clients. He truly has been there for me when the dust has settled. I highly recommend Ron for your construction needs. I won’t hesitate in calling him if I need his services in the future.
I used Bob Stern Building Co for my home reno in Bloomfield Hills and I was so impressed with the quality of workmanship, the ease of process and especially loved working with Ron!! Highly recommend!!!!
