If you service your vehicle at Bob Steele Chevrolet, get EVERYTHING in writing. Every promise. Every reimbursement discussion. Every timeline. Every single thing. My Tahoe was at this dealership from October 16 through November 14 for a transmission replacement. Took my car in because the "service traction system" and "service active handling system" warning lights came on. Also told them that my car was having a hard time turning over. Just went in for a key fob replacement. Bought a fob, scheduled an appointment showed up for appointment and after 2 and half hours had to leave because it wasn't done cutting the blade”key” Was told they were waiting on GM to get them the code. Regardless its was 2 and a half hours and $520 for a kay fob lets get real. Was forced to return at end of day to pick up the remaining parts. My service agent was great.

They called me stated needed new front brakes, new lower control arms and alignment.. clost to 3k in work. Took to my mechanic. Brakes are good nothing below 6mm, lower control arms still good, and the noise was loose which caused the lower control arms to allow more movement. This is ridiculous and I will not be going back unless its covered by a warranty issue and definitely not be buying a... read more
