Timeline for service was not accurate. after being told vehicle would be complete same day, I called near end of day after no updates and was told that vehicle would need to stay overnight. No loaner car was offered for warranty service, and I needed to get a rental car, from the Melbourne airport (only rental place still open) in order to go to work next day. Over charged and not all work performed, will not use service dept again.
Replaced a dead battery yet never tested the alternator that died very next day leaving us stranded. The repair was done at a different shop. Really disappointed being an X service manager with the failure to test the charging system when a vehicle arrives with a dead battery, usually a requirement. Not very happy with the service..
