Made a 10:30a.m. oil change and tire rotation appointment, told them I was not dropping off, but waiting. Around 2 hours later they call me and say they found a nail in my tire and asked if I wanted to pay to patch it. I agreed for the most expensive patch ever of $83. This took another hour. Finally I mentioned being there for 3 hours and he went and checked and it just so happens my car was ready. 3 hours later.
We took our Bolt to the dealership because the air conditioner was not working last Fall. They couldn’t find an obvious fix and that it most likely was the compressor (as I recall). They would need to take off the whole dash, and it was going to cost over $3000 and a couple of weeks to get the part. We delayed getting it fixed because of the cost. I'm going to try to write this review without a bunch of emotion even though I'm pissed about my experience here. I took my car in because it was leaking coolant. They diagnosed it as needing to have the heater hose replaced. 600 dollars to replace 1 hose. It was there for 3 whole days (72 hours). When I took it home, the heat shield was sitting in the trunk with all the bolts. I look under the car and the mud protector under the vehicle is held on by 1 single bolt.
