I was in on 10/20 for an oil change. During the inspection a leak was found in the a/c coolant. Jessica scheduled me to come back in on 10/21 to have the issue diagnosed and then I would have to schedule another appointment to come in for the fix. She stated it would be 2-3 hours for a diagnostic. I arrived on 10/21 at 9:45 for my 10am appointment time. They stated they were short staffed but would get me checked in as soon as possible. The service department fit me in in a bad situation just before a road trip. They told me how long and stayed on that schedule. They explained the warranty requirements as well.
Would not go here for battery replacement. Brought wife's SUV there in '23 for a new battery. The battery they installed has 42 months prorated warranty brought it back today two years later they tell me that's not the battery they installed it does not match their records and they are not going to honor a warranty or prorate on a replacement battery.
