Had to replace lifters and camshaft, along with the various part associated with this repair, because truck was sold to me with the knowledge that these parts would fail. Charged me $10,000 for repairs
Service advisor was prompt and courteous at the entry. Kept me advised on progress and texted me on the progress. I at first thought it was taking a long time but then realized how many customers they were serving at the same time I was there. That made it feel much more realistic on the time required. I am satisfied and will return when needed.

We returned from vacation on Sunday and found that our vehicle would not start. AAA attempted to jump start it with a jump pack but was not successful and we had the vehicle towed to Bob Steele Chevrolet that day. I went to the dealership first thing Monday morning and explained the problem to the service advisor, Alan, and that I was stranded until the necessary repairs were made.
