scheduled service call check up and call was rescheduled twice as tech was taking longer at other locations. we cancelled the service as we can not rely on them to be there when scheduled. had been with them 10 plus years.
We were ordering 2 split units to be installed with compressor by Bob Stapleton in Spring, March 2022. Work was performed and done in a day. Inspector came and the units did not pass inspection May 2022. We then contacted company and never heard back from them so we thought the permit was closed and inspector just did not have to come back to inspect.
