We were ordering 2 split units to be installed with compressor by Bob Stapleton in Spring, March 2022. Work was performed and done in a day. Inspector came and the units did not pass inspection May 2022. We then contacted company and never heard back from them so we thought the permit was closed and inspector just did not have to come back to inspect. Very satisfied with their service when installing the new AC unit. The servicemen that came were very efficient and polite and got the job done in less then 4 hrs. Cleaned up all the mess and took it with them. Right now it appears the new AC unit has saved me about 1/2 on my electric bill even with the avg. degree days being about 2-3 degrees higher.
