Sorry people one star not included,
Bad customer service, never return your calls when they say they will resulting on having to call them again to follow it up. Wouldn't recommend them, I would give them no star rating if I could.
If I could give a zero star rating I would, bought a modular couch and within 8 months the springs came loose and began to create bulging making the couch extremely uncomfortable. When I spoke to them they asked my wife and I if we were jumping on the couch. Anyway they said they could re-insert better grade springs for $350 dollars for both halves of the modular. We received our lounge back 4 days later with only half of the lounge fixed. Not happy, what ever happened to good old customer service 😒
