My parents bought a home from bob a few years ago , not only did it take Forever the work done by bobs crew was Farmerized -patch work…. “ hurry up and cover it so they don’t see it” Since the install we keep finding sloppy half ass work that we have to repair. Sept. 3rd, 2024: still no OFFER to make things right. After a BBB complaint fall 2023, the business responded with an acknowledged statement that they did in fact Breach the Contract, but felt they did no wrong and they owed us nothing?? You guys took several thousands of dollars for specific Contracted work, that you didn't do and even admitted so through the BBB.
