Sept. 3rd, 2024: still no OFFER to make things right. After a BBB complaint fall 2023, the business responded with an acknowledged statement that they did in fact Breach the Contract, but felt they did no wrong and they owed us nothing?? You guys took several thousands of dollars for specific Contracted work, that you didn't do and even admitted so through the BBB. I really don't get that Bob, you agreed to do a job in writting and got paid to do it, but yet you won't refund me for things you clearly didn't follow through on and had poor work done of part of it.
