Sept. 3rd, 2024: still no OFFER to make things right. After a BBB complaint fall 2023, the business responded with an acknowledged statement that they did in fact Breach the Contract, but felt they did no wrong and they owed us nothing?? You guys took several thousands of dollars for specific Contracted work, that you didn't do and even admitted so through the BBB.
