The Bob Smith Team did an outstanding job. I felt well informed every step of the way. Water wasn’t draining in the master bathroom and this repair required extensive plumbing knowledge. I LOVE BOB SMITH PLUMBING!!! Carlos was great he diagnosed a very difficult plumbing problem with minimal invasion. Since the problem was coming from the upstairs bathroom it was not an easy task to know where to cut the hole in the ceiling but they were able to find the precise spot on the first try.
