As with all Mini dealerships, even a simple oil change "appointment" means dropping it off early am, then getting your car back sometime by EOD, or possibly next day if they don't have more than 4 hrs to perform <1 hr of work. Just don't call it an "appointment" when your vehicle is clumped in with 30 other cars.
Matthew is very nice and accommodating! They’re very thorough and clearly communicate what repairs your car needs.
