I brought my 2024 BMW M440i to Bob Smith BMW for a minor interior issue and worked with service advisor Rey Silva. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, within a few days the engine warning light came on and the condition continued to worsen. I took my BMW x3 into Bob Smith BMW for a recall. I got the 'recall' part and new brakes. After I picked up my car, the next day I had a strange problem with the car and thought it might be a result of something they did to the car while it was there. Fernando Narvaez, the Head Service Manager, was so kind to let me bring my car back so he could check out the car to see what was wrong with it. Very bad experience with advisor Rey Silva and the car loaner manager. Will not be coming back here.
