Did a lot of service work with Juan and always received excellent service and hospitality, always helped find the best option for repairs and had great customer service.
I took my BMW x3 into Bob Smith BMW for a recall. I got the 'recall' part and new brakes. After I picked up my car, the next day I had a strange problem with the car and thought it might be a result of something they did to the car while it was there. Fernando Narvaez, the Head Service Manager, was so kind to let me bring my car back so he could check out the car to see what was wrong with it. Very bad experience with advisor Rey Silva and the car loaner manager. Will not be coming back here.
Been a customer over 10 years ! Service is very poor at this dealer. Today , after leaving a massage for Juan Mura ( adviser ) encountered someone whom lack customer service . He wants to charge us $499 for oil change while the car is under warranty . I asked him to connect me with his supervisor and he said No. after pressing for a reason he said he is busy .
