Been a customer over 10 years ! Service is very poor at this dealer. Today , after leaving a massage for Juan Mura ( adviser ) encountered someone whom lack customer service . He wants to charge us $499 for oil change while the car is under warranty . I asked him to connect me with his supervisor and he said No. after pressing for a reason he said he is busy . The worst service center I have ever been to. Juan is very unprofessional and lied to me many times. He didn’t tell me that I was going to pay out of pocket for the service until after he did the service because the service plan has an expiration date. I paid for the service no problem but I found out that the car still had the vehicle check light. I called about it and he said that he talked to me about it and I declined it. Paul Simms has been my service advisor for my 3 BMWs for almost a decade. He is the best! I have had nothing but positive experiences with Paul & his team. He always goes out of his way to get my cars taken care of & has solved unexpected, complicated issues that came up. Paul has always been very helpful with accommodating my schedule with appointments & booking loaners. Paul Simms & Bob Smith BMW have a customer for life here!
