I was a customer many years ago. (I never had a claim.) Recently, I have started receiving mail from them soliciting my business. They must be pulling DMV records because they have specific info on our current vehicles, including VIN. I'm not sure if this is illegal, but it is certainly questionable business practice when I have NOT requested a quote from them! Bob and his staff are awsome,helpful and understanding. I usually work with Allie who is a very good listener, when I have a question about something. I have had other quotes from other agencies but Bob and his staff has earned my loyalty and that's is most important to me.
