We have always had amazing experience at Bob’s Schoenborn Jewelry! The staff is so friendly and helpful, Jen made the whole process smooth and totally our decision. Very knowledgeable! We keep returning for our jewelry needs since my husband purchased my ring. Customer service was excellent! I was greeted with a smile by everyone and they all said hi! I didn't have to wait to be waited on either! I'll be going back!
I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience shopping here. Always found the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. They’re always extremely helpful and polite. The most recent Mother’s Day, I told them I wasn’t looking to spend much and was taken to the other gallery. When I let them know my budget, I was taken back to the main side and we both laughed as I was not specific with my budget. My point is it didn’t matter what my budget was, they were happy to help either way without judgement. Definitely will be back again!
