First time visiting Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store. The manager meet me as I came in, very professional she then introduced me to salesperson Dre. Told me he would take care of me and answer any questions I may have. Explained what I was looking for and he showed me the lift chair that meet our needs.
I was greeted at the door by staff. Teresa provided me with a wheelchair due to my mobility issues. When I explained what I wanted, she took me to that area and showed me what I might like. She was knowledgeable in the quality of product, financing and delivery options (timeframe). In all it was very efficient operation. The team work was appreciated.
