Jim was helpful in finding the right couch for us as well as providing additional info for us.
Jessica was very helpful. We took about 2 hours of her time. We changed our minds a few times as measurements and other things did not work for us. We are scheduled for delivery 12 days from now. It was just a $3500.00 couch purchase but she was there for us 100%.
