Had purchased a Catnapper powerlift recliner for my elderly friend. The recliner got stuck in the reclined position so I filed a claim with Goof proof. Bobs promised to replace the recliner with a new one. On the date of delivery I met the delivery team from the Bobs furniture on Woodhaven Blvd in Glendale NY.
