I am writing regarding order #0066780841. They processed my order even though the furniture was not available. For over a month, I kept receiving emails saying the order was "in progress." When I finally contacted customer service, I was informed that the item was no longer available. However, they never canceled the order or issued a refund. Very helpful team and great options. Didn't feel pressured and was able to pick with my wife exactly what piece of furniture we wanted for our new home.

Paul was great to work with. Was even willing to move coffee table around to see if they fit with the furniture we picked out. A very nice person.

I wrote a good review but writing another one not so good. When our furniture was delivered the recliner was missing the power cord. The delivery person called the store and I was told they will ship it 3-5 days (ok no problem) it’s been 2 weeks no cord. I called the store and they told me it’s ordered and will be another 6 weeks before it’s delivered which is unacceptable. I understand things happen but waiting 8 weeks for their mistake is bad business.
