Update: my item got delivered this morning, one week late! Even though I am mad about that, the delivery guys were really nice and were able to set up my piece within 6 mins. And they left cleaning up every little piece which i appreciated! Do not do bobs unless you can grab the item yourself or dont have a job thats based off commission like mine. I absolutely loved everything about our first experience here . Lauren was front and center , and my husband and I are real hard sell ! We had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture. Our sales representative, James, was very helpful from start to finish. He answered our questions, made the process easy, and guided us through everything from the purchase to delivery. We also want to give a quick shout-out to the store manager, Adam, who was friendly and supportive. Thank you both for making our visit smooth and enjoyable!

People at the store were great the first time. The second time felt pushed. The guys that delivered the sofa were great and fast. Thats the reason for the five stars was the delivery guys. My bed frame arrived by FedEx and there was no bolts in the box for the frame. Not a good experience.
