They sucker you into giving them more money for it then when you actually have to make a claim,... forget it!!... you are on your own! bobs sucks in every way So about 4 months ago my husband and I went into the store to buy a new bedroom set, first off they followed us around the store begging us to buy something. It was annoying so we left and went back the next day. Same problem but we fell in love with a bedroom set for around 1400 and 100 for delivery and the goof proof package. Bob's Store We have bought several of pieces of furniture here. I can't say they are of the best quality but the prices are right. They have a great snack area which is especially helpful when you bring your children along (more shopping time for parents).

Bobs Furniture has a BIG GIMMICK On Aug. 20, 2008 I helped my daughter purchase her first piece of furniture. I advised her to buy from Bobs after watching his ads and knowing that his prices were reasonable and supposedly he stands behind what he sells. She chose a sectional. Felt like I had a second shadow My husband and I stopped in late on a Saturday evening after an early show to browse for new living room furniture. This was the first store we went to look at, just to get an idea of what styles we liked and what kind of price range we needed to be in. professional Bob's discount store is horrible to deal with. You never get a "person" when trying to contact customer service, it is always the same recording and then Bob screams in your ear about how much he hates to wait on hold too and to use his email system. Doesn't he get it about customer service???????????? Ridiculous service! Ok so my mom and I went to buy a living room set, we bought it, we were satisfied with the price and the furniture, but when delivery time came also came hell...the guys who came deliver the furniture supposedly couldn't get it pass the door! this is ridiculous since they had already passed one door that was the same size. they just barely placed it over the second door and told us it just wouldn't fit. Bad furniture, dishonest salespeople We bought a living room set (sofa,chair, ottoman +cocktail table and 2 end tables)+dining room set (table+4 chairs) and a curio(is an wine cooler at the bottom and a bar on top).
