We had a Sunday morning, spur of the moment makeover of a small room at the entrance of our 100-year old house. Thanks to Angelica and the value-priced inventory in the outlet section of our local Bob's store, we found two pieces that fit the space in terms of size and color. Bonus: Angelica explained how by opening an in-store charge account, we could take six-months to pay for it with 0% interest. We were in and out in 20 minutes!
We had a salesman by the name of Bill. He was thorough, knew the product well, friendly and answered all of our questions. Two thumbs up for Bill and his excellent service!
Products are great. Delivery guys were like the three stooges. They dropped boxes. Slid the couch on the arm side across the ground (thank goodness the plastic is thick and there was some other protection over it. When they were done they left a mess of packaging in the living room were they put the sofa, outside the bedroom for the bed, and in the parking lot of my apartment complex.
