We bought a living room set from here. Kay was the representative who sold it to us. Wonderful saleslady! Answered questions when we asked them. Left us alone to think when we needed it. Explained everything to us. Arranged delivery and financing. Delivery was on time and very speedy. Delivery men were friendly and efficient. I did not give the full 5 stars only because I have not had any problems. The fifth star will come once they handle any problem that may come. This store is great. The furniture is beautiful and not as expensive as other stores. The service is exceptinal. The salespeople are very helpful but nit down your throat to purchase. This store is worth paying a visit to

Lesson learned......Bob's Discount Furniture equals discounted garbage. Did you ever hear of a protection plan that you have to fill out a SPECIAL FORM and MAIL that form just to get someone to call you to set up an appointment to fix the poor quality furniture you purchased? Amazing customer service.
