I had truly the worst customer service experience in this store. My fiancé and I were just browsing new furniture for our home. The salesman who kept following us around was rude, constantly making comments about how the furniture is cheap so you “get what you pay for.” He started to follow us around and comment on every piece of furniture we looked at. Donna greeted us at the door asking if we needed assistance and guided us directly to what we were looking for. The paperwork was quick. After our initial purchase we browsed the store without any high pressure salespeople bothering us. We found 3 more pieces to purchase and Donna was available to help us with that. Ended the experience with an ice cream from the treat section at the back of the store.
