I had a terrible experience with this store’s delivery which has not been made because they got my cell number wrong and the delivery contractor didn’t bother to ring my auto dial system and just left. I emptied my apartment with the expectation and trust of the new furniture arrival and now I don’t even know when they will deliver it me having nothing to sit on. Bob’s Discount Furniture made my day probably week a miserable one. What is my fault? To spend 8K in their store.
Overall really nice selection at the store for any home furniture you could be looking for from table decor to full bedroom sets. Team was very attentive to us it felt like we had our own Bob employee with us during the entire process which was very reassuring for such a big purchase.
Today was my first time visiting a Bob's Discount Furniture. Upon entering a short time after I was approached by Jenusha /sales I told J that I was going to browse around look at some furniture After a while if browsing and trying to decide on what livingrm& bdrm set acessaries and all. J was very helpful knowledgable about financing, payment plan, and no interest the insurance, delivery was very patient with me as to trying to make my decision. If Customer service had a name it would be called Jenusha .
