. Ilgaz was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked about. She is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendliest associate we have ever encountered at Bobs. We will always ask for IIgaz whenever we go to Bobs. We actually stopped going to other furniture stores because of IIgaz.
