I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this furniture store. We purchased all new furniture, including a dresser, which was delivered on November 22. Unfortunately, the dresser arrived broken. They promptly sent a replacement, which was scheduled to arrive on December 3. When the new dresser arrived, it was also broken and, upon inspection, clearly not new — it looked like it had been repaired or touched up. Love my new modular sectional couch with pet console. This sectional has exceeded my expectations! It is so comfortable. The perfect combination of being soft fabric but also still firm and durable. The cats absolutely love their pet console section and are always laying on it or sitting on it and looking out the window which was my hope in buying this piece of furniture over many others that I looked at. Our visit to Bob's Discount Furniture was nice.The salespeople were thorough. Answered all our questions and provided us with extremely good service.
Sales person was nice & helpful. Checkout process was easy and quick. Deducted one star because the guys helping load my chair weren't very careful and one guy chipped the leg trying to push it in.
