If you plan on buying furniture from here think twice! Find a place with a better insurance company that treats their customers better. They make their customers wait 3 weeks for a technician to come look at spilled paint on a couch, and the fact that they actually are sending a technician for spilled paint!! To then turn around and tell me they will replace the couch ! I wait a whole month with no couch for you to tell me what you could have told me by looking at the pictures !! I went in to replace a couch I bought that had some damage. Very easy process when using voucher from warranty company. The sales person was extremely helpful and kind. I was able to pick a replacement quickly, I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to several options, I was out if there in less than an hour.
