**UPDATE** After talking with someone from bobs furniture they confirmed they will not fix Bought a sectional couch from them and after 1st year it broke...the replacement chair broke after 1 day due to defective arm...new recliner came it with a bent frame and now are declining warranty when they delivered defective replacement recliners. Now i got a broken recliner sectional cuz of Bob furniture and its poor warranty dept. For everyone's sake do not buy from this company u will get screwed over
